Development philosophy
PEKTOPROP invests in small to medium-sized facility management companies in the German speaking part of Switzerland. We then integrate them and provide robust supporting services, such as human resources, legal matters, digital marketing and social media, finance and administration and IT. We encourage the prior owners to acquire a minority stake in the holding company where they will be treated equally as other shareholders. We encourage entrepreneurial thinking and acting because we believe that personal responsibility, transparency and traceability results in trust which is the key to a successful business partnership.

3rd of January 2024 - Founding / 1st Funding Round
Founding of PEKTOPROP AG - Our first industrial group was founded. We are starting market consolidation in infrastructural facility management. The first round of raising capital was completed just within 2 months!
